Completed September 2026. Walls, an exposed aggregate patio and walkway, a railing, plantings and Belgian block borders at one Upper St. Clair home.
In this job, we did both hardscape and landscape installation. We removed the existing paver patio in the back and replaced it with an exposed aggregate patio that is rounded on the outer edge.
Before. The old paver patio and the beds around it.
On the left property line, we installed a big Versa-Lok wall with the flagstone blend as the brick color. We pushed the new wall back as far as we could so the owners could have more usable space. We also replaced the driveway wall with a new Versa-Lok wall. Both the new driveway wall and the wall along the left side of the home have undercap lighting installed.
The existing front walkway and steps were replaced with a longer exposed aggregate concrete walkway and matching steps. Along one side of the new front steps, we installed a black composite railing. New plants and stone were installed around the home to complete the landscape, and Belgian block borders define the beds and give the landscape a clean, finished look.
