Package pricing assumes a reasonably flat, workable yard that equipment can reach. It does not include demolition of an existing concrete or paver patio, retaining walls or significant fill to level a sloped yard, drainage work, gas or electrical lines, permits, railings, or topsoil and seed repair of the lawn around the new patio.
