Completed September 2026. Overgrown beds cleared and finished with brown mulch, and the slope above the retaining wall converted to grass.
In this project, we did a significant cleanup of all the existing mulch beds on the property. The beds at the rear of the home and above the retaining wall had become heavily overgrown, so we cleared out the overgrowth and returned them to landscape beds. We then finished the areas with brown mulch.

We also converted the landscape area above the retaining wall into grass. A 2-foot-wide strip of mulch was maintained along the top of the retaining wall, along with mulch rings around several of the existing landscape trees on the hillside.
